Submit your refund or exchange request within 14 days of receiving your order. That's your window, don't miss it.

To qualify, your item needs to be:

• Unwashed
• Tags still on

Once it's worn or washed, it's yours to keep.

Damaged or Wrong Item?

Check your order the second it lands. If something's off, defective, damaged, wrong item, hit us up right away at ystudios.contactus@gmail.com and we'll make it right.

Refunds

Once your return lands and we've checked it out, we'll let you know if it's approved. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Want a different size or colorway? Submit your return first. Once it's approved, place a new order for what you actually want. Fastest way to get it right.
